In addition, Tournament of Roses Association members Gerald Freeny and Karen Palmersheim will join the board, as will Norma Garcia Kachigian and Jerri Price-Gaines. (May 30, 2013) – Pasadena Tournament of Roses® Foundation President Jacqueline Howard distributed grant checks totaling $100,000 to 28 civic, educational and cultural organizations in the San Gabriel Valley at the Tournament of Roses Foundation Grant Award Reception held yesterday at Tournament House. PASADENA, Calif. – In January 2014, just five days after a postseason milestone with the 100th celebration of the Rose Bowl Game, the Tournament of Roses will host the 16th and final BCS National Championship Monday, January 6, at the historic Rose Bowl Stadium.
