This form is an application, not an invitation to participate in the Rose Parade. To be considered for participation in the Rose Parade, please submit this completed application form along with the following required items:
DVD or other digital media showing the band’s marching and musical abilities. This must be a current taping taken within the last 18 months to have your application considered. Sound quality is critical. Please provide both parade/marching footage along with field show footage of the band in uniform.
8"x10" color photograph of the band in uniform, please include on photo CD.
Color photographs of the drum major, typical band member, and auxiliary unit member in uniform all photos should also be submitted on a photo CD.
Letters of recommendation and any additional information pertinent to the selection process
Please label all items with the band name. Once submitted, all items become property of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association and cannot be returned.
*If invited to march in the 2012 Rose Parade, your band will be expected to participate in the Bandfest field show exhibition scheduled for December 29 and 30. You will be notified of your Bandfest show date and time.
