Evanne Friedmann is named the 93rd Rose Queen for the 2011 Tournament of Roses, Themed Building Dreams, Friendships & Memories. Queen Evanne and the six Rose Princesses were selected based upon a combination of qualities, including public speaking ability, poise, academic achievement and community involvement.
