The magniticent Friesian horses are bred and raised by the Leyendekker Family in Visalia CA

The FRIESIAN (Frisian) is a horse breed originating in the north of the Netherlands. Although their conformation resembles that of a light draft horse,the Friesians are graceful and nimble. Their black coat, thick mane and tail are characteristic.

The Valley Hunt Club initiated the Rose Parade and been an enthusiastic participant from 1890 to 1897 and continuously from 1983.
