Each summer, NCAA Football partners with each bowl, conference championship and conference throughout the country to bring youth football fans together with coaches and student-athletes for a half-day session of agility drills, offensive and defensive training, and character development.
Boys and girls, ages 5 to 14, from Pasadena and surrounding communities have the opportunity to attend the NCAA Football Youth Clinic hosted by the Rose Bowl Game. This free half-day clinic is held at Robinson Park in Pasadena and the young participants work with college football coaches as well as former and current student-athletes from local universities. They get to run offensive, defensive and agility drills as they learn proper techniques to promote on-field safety and learn about the importance of character development and good sportsmanship. Closing out the clinic, notable keynote speakers share their experience and advice for the young, aspiring athletes.
